With deep expertise across manufacturing, logistics, shipping, and distribution, he brings a proven track record of transforming underperforming businesses and delivering sustainable growth.
Jelle served as CEO of Bruno Bock USA (Evans Chemetics LP) in Teaneck, NJ, where he doubled annual revenues from $20M to $40M and implemented strategic cost-saving initiatives to strengthen performance through industry cycles. As a member of the Global Leadership Team for the BB Group, he also served as Global Strategic Procurement Director, overseeing global operations and leading key supplier negotiations that enhance profitability and efficiency.
Earlier in his career, Jelle served as CFO and Executive Team Member at Gallard-Schlesinger Industries and Budenheim USA, where he led a successful turnaround that restored profitability within two years, reduced operating costs by over 20%, and implemented SAP on time and within budget.
Fluent in English, Dutch, German, Portuguese, and Spanish, Jelle is known for his ability to bridge cultural and organizational gaps between international teams, fostering collaboration and long-term stability. He holds an MBE in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, with a specialization in Logistics and Transport Economics.
