Henk de Bruijne is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Navicor Partners. With over a decade of experience in corporate development, M&A, and investment management, Henk has built his career helping companies navigate growth through strategic acquisitions.
Before launching Navicor Partners, Henk spent several years at Mitsui & Co. in New York, where he led corporate development and investment activities across the Americas, followed by a leadership role at KYU Collective, a holding company of creative agencies owned by Hakuhodo DY Holdings, where he focused on acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
Henk’s background blends the analytical discipline of investment banking with the operational mindset of an investor. He brings a practical, hands-on approach to helping business owners and leadership teams structure, negotiate, and execute transactions that unlock long-term value.
Outside of work, Henk is an avid sailor who enjoys exploring new destinations around the world and experiencing different cultures, a passion that continues to shape his global perspective and approach to business.
